Service rules and responsibilities
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border access services and related user panel provided by VPNVG. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part, you should stop using the relevant services.
Service scope and coverage
VPNVG provides subscription services designed to optimize cross-border access routes, covering 110+ countries / 220+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions, route types, and client access points are based on what is shown in the user panel at the time.
The service uses international routes to improve connection paths when accessing international websites and online tools. Actual performance may be affected by the user's location, local network, target service status, device environment, and route scheduling. VPNVG may adjust route access points for network maintenance, capacity planning, or connection quality, but page listings do not guarantee continuous availability in a particular region or for a specific target service.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are enough. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and order actions performed through their account. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but this rule is intended for the account holder's personal devices within reasonable use. Accounts, subscription access, and credentials may not be resold, rented, publicly shared, or distributed to unspecified parties. Without VPNVG's permission, users may not use the service to provide paid connections, bulk purchasing services, or other commercial resale services to others.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and order details before completing an action.
Acceptable use requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the regions related to their use of the service, and must independently confirm that their specific use case is lawful. Users may not use VPNVG to infringe on others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, launch malicious attacks, disrupt network operations, or engage in other unlawful activities.
Users may not excessively consume network resources through automation, intentionally affect other users' normal connections, or attempt to probe, damage, or evade the service's account management, billing, route scheduling, or security mechanisms. Users are responsible for disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from their own conduct.
Service availability and liability
VPNVG maintains and schedules routes according to their condition. Planned maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream network changes, target service adjustments, public network congestion, incorrect device settings, or uncontrollable external events may cause temporary connection interruptions, speed changes, or partial feature unavailability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNVG is not liable for indirect losses caused by the user's device, local network, third-party platforms, incorrect configuration, or uncontrollable events. Users should keep important data backed up and confirm recovery methods before changing client software, system permissions, or network settings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Account restrictions, suspension, and termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly distribute access credentials, conduct unlawful activities, maliciously consume network resources, interfere with service operations, or otherwise violate these terms, VPNVG may restrict relevant features, suspend route access, or terminate the service according to the severity of the impact. To handle security incidents, order disputes, or compliance requirements, the service may retain necessary account and order records.
Users may stop using the service. After a subscription expires or its traffic is used up, the corresponding service permissions will be handled according to the plan status. Account termination does not affect payment obligations, dispute responsibilities arising before termination, or provisions that must remain effective by law.
Refunds and changes to these terms
A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment, without giving a reason. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the account, first payment date, and relevant order can be verified. The refund result and subsequent status are determined by the order record.
VPNVG may update these terms due to changes in service content, operating rules, or compliance requirements. Changes will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated through available on-site channels. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
